Co-Work Coffee Return & Refund Policy

At Co-Work Coffee, we care about your experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. While coffee is a fresh product and can’t be returned once shipped, we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

Coffee & Consumables

  • Because coffee is perishable, we cannot accept returns once it leaves our roastery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Merchandise, Equipment & Gear

  • Unused merchandise, equipment, or apparel may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
