At Co-Work Coffee, we care about your experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. While coffee is a fresh product and can’t be returned once shipped, we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.
Coffee & Consumables

Because coffee is perishable, we cannot accept returns once it leaves our roastery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Merchandise, Equipment & Gear

Unused merchandise, equipment, or apparel may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
