This is 90 minutes with a pitcher in your hand. We'll start with what's actually happening inside the milk when you steam it, then get you chasing that glossy, paint-like texture that makes a pour possible. Once you've got the milk, we'll work the pour itself: how high to hold the pitcher, when to drop in, how to finish. You'll pour a heart. Most people get a rosetta before the end.
You'll pour a lot of bad ones first. Everyone does. That's what the 90 minutes are for.
