A coffee that tastes like it shouldn't be possible. Co-fermented with real blackberries, this lot trades the usual coffee flavors for something closer to dessert — jammy blackberry up front, a warm curl of cardamom spice through the middle, and a soft vanilla sweetness that lingers into the finish.
How it's made
Co-fermentation means the coffee cherries ferment alongside real fruit — in this case, blackberries — before processing. The fruit sugars and natural yeasts interact with the coffee during fermentation, imparting flavor compounds you'd never get from roasting alone. The result is a cup that's more layered and expressive than a standard washed or natural process coffee.
