Single-origin coffee lovers will go crazy for our light roast Organic Natural Ethiopia Guji. We roast this coffee just past the first crack—enough to release the fruity/floral aroma and the taste notes of syrupy sweetness, blueberry, and chocolate. This coffee makes a great batch-brew or hand-brew option.
Need it ground? Just choose your preferred brew method, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Coffee is roasted to order to ensure freshness. 12oz - 340g Bag
POUR OVER
Brew Ratio: 1:16 (e.g. 25g coffee → 400g water)
Grind: Medium–fine (like table salt)
Water Temp: 200–205°F (93–96°C)
Filter: Rinse paper filter with hot water to remove papery taste
Steps:
- Bloom – Add 50g of water (about 2x coffee weight), swirl gently, and let bloom for 30–45 sec.
- Pour 2 – Add water until 200g total.
- Pour 3 – Add water until 300g total.
- Final Pour – Add water until 400g total.
- Drawdown – Let it finish dripping (target total brew time 3:00–3:30).
