Deep, toasty flavors lead the way with a smooth, lingering finish—making it a go-to for early mornings, long days, and anyone who loves a classic, hearty cup of coffee.

Coffee is roasted to order to ensure freshness. 12oz - 340g Bag
POUR OVER
Brew Ratio: 1:16 (e.g. 25g coffee → 400g water)
Grind: Medium–fine (like table salt)
Water Temp: 200–205°F (93–96°C)
Filter: Rinse paper filter with hot water to remove papery taste
Steps:
- Bloom – Add 50g of water (about 2x coffee weight), swirl gently, and let bloom for 30–45 sec.
- Pour 2 – Add water until 200g total.
- Pour 3 – Add water until 300g total.
- Final Pour – Add water until 400g total.
- Drawdown – Let it finish dripping (target total brew time 3:00–3:30).
